- Identification
The purpose of these General Conditions is to regulate the conditions of use of the website “www.tunavigo.anfaco.es” (hereinafter “the website”), the owner of which is ANFACO-CECOPESCA, (hereinafter ANFACO), a company with CIF G36625309 and registered office at Crta. Colegio Universitario 16, 36310. The user may contact ANFACO-CECOPESCA via email at: contacto@anfaco.es and/or by phone at 986 469 301.
- Conditions of access
The use of the contents of “The Website” is only authorized for informational and service purposes, provided that the source is cited or referenced, and the User is the only party responsible for any misuse of the same. Access to “The Website” confers the status of User and implies full and unreserved acceptance by the User of each and every one of the conditions included in this Legal Notice, so if the User does not agree with the content of the same, the User must refrain from using “The Website” and the services offered therein. ANFACO reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate, and may modify, delete or include, without prior notice, new content and/or services, as well as the way in which they are presented and located and the conditions of use of “The Website”. The User accepts that access to and use of “The Website” and the contents included therein takes place freely and consciously, under his/her exclusive responsibility, and assumes responsibility for the correct use of “The Website” and consequently undertakes to:
- a) Guarantee the veracity and legality of the information provided by the user in the forms, where applicable, issued by ANFACO, for access to certain content or services offered by the website.
- b) Not to use “The Website” to carry out activities that are contrary to the law, morality, public order in general, or that in any other way may involve injury to the rights of third parties, and to make lawful and honest use in accordance with these General Conditions, as well as to refrain from carrying out any act that could damage, render useless, overload or deteriorate “The Website” and/or prevent normal use and utilization by other Users.
- c) Not to manipulate or alter any content of “The Website” without the express written consent of its owner. Any alteration, modification or manipulation without the consent of its owner exempts the latter from any liability.
- d) Not to reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly communicate, transform or modify the contents, unless the required authorization of the owner of the corresponding rights is obtained or it is legally permitted; as well as to suppress, evade or manipulate the Copyright and other identifying data of the rights of ANFACO, or of its owners incorporated into the contents, as well as the technical protection devices, or any information mechanisms that the aforementioned contents may contain.
- e) Not to introduce or distribute on “The Website” data programs (viruses or any type of harmful software) that may cause damage to “The Website”.
- f) ANFACO does not guarantee the availability and continuity of “The Website” and is not responsible for any damages that may occur, nor for technical defects, including viruses or other harmful elements, whatever their nature, arising from the use of the information and materials contained in “The Website”.
- Linking Policy and Disclaimers
ANFACO is not responsible for the content of websites that users may access through links on its website and declares that it will not, under any circumstances, examine or exercise any type of control over the content of other websites on the Internet. It will also not guarantee the technical availability, accuracy, veracity, validity or legality of websites not owned by it that may be accessed through links. ANFACO declares that it has adopted all necessary measures to avoid any damage to users of its website that may arise from browsing its website. Consequently, ANFACO is not responsible, under any circumstances, for any damage that users may suffer while browsing the Internet.

ANFACO does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, reliability, correctness or morality of the data, programs, information or opinions, regardless of their origin, that circulate through its network or through the networks that the User may access through “The Website”. The User expressly agrees to exempt ANFACO from any liability related to “The Website”. The User assumes sole responsibility for any consequences, damages or actions that may arise from access to said content as well as its reproduction or dissemination. The User shall be liable for damages of any kind that ANFACO, or any third party, may suffer as a result of the breach of any of the obligations to which it is subject by these General Conditions.
- Modifications
ANFACO reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to the content of “The Website”. This applies both to the content of “The Website” and to the conditions of use thereof. Such changes may be made through “The Website” by any means admissible by law and shall be binding for as long as they are published on “The Website” and until they are validly modified by subsequent modifications.

ANFACO is the owner of the elements that make up the graphic design of “The Website”, the menus, navigation buttons, code, texts, images, textures, graphics and any other content of “The Website”, or, in other cases, has the corresponding authorization for the use of said elements.
All trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs shown on this page are the property of ANFACO and/or third-party companies. It is prohibited to use or permanently download them, copy them, print them, distribute them or store them on any physical medium or by any means without the required consent of the owner. In the event that any User or third party considers that any of the content has been introduced on the website in violation of their Intellectual or Industrial Property rights, they must send a notification to Crta. Colexio Universitario, 16 36310 Vigo – Pontevedra, identifying themselves and the owner of the intellectual or industrial property rights allegedly infringed, providing title or proof of representation of the aforementioned rights.
- Data protection
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we inform you that the personal data that you provide to us through the use of the forms located on “The Website” are incorporated into an automated or non-automated file, owned by ANFACO, in order to facilitate, expedite and fulfil the commitments established between both parties. Likewise, ANFACO informs you that you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, object, limit the processing of your data, the right to demand data portability, the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, and to request deletion when the data is no longer necessary, by writing to Crta. Unless you tell us otherwise, we will understand that your data has not been modified, that you agree to notify us of any change and that we have your consent to use it in order to build loyalty in the relationship between the parties. In accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce in its article 21, we request your consent to be able to make advertising communications that we consider may be of interest to you, by email or any other equivalent means of electronic communication.
- Confidentiality
Any information that either party communicates or provides to the other or to which either party has access will be considered confidential and may not be disclosed, shown, reproduced, copied, discussed with third parties, or used by either party for purposes other than those that motivated its communication.
- Legal actions, applicable legislation and jurisdiction
ANFACO also reserves the right to bring any civil or criminal action it deems appropriate for the improper use of the “Website” and its contents, or for failure to comply with these conditions. The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. For any questions that may arise between the parties in relation to the interpretation and execution of this document, both parties expressly agree, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Pontevedra.
