- Board member of various NGOs: GSSI, GDST, MSC, AQUALIT, Marintrust, and FISH.






- Specialist in tuna supply chain management and international mergers.
- Drove Albo’s revenues beyond €110 million.


- Extensive experience in international fisheries organizations.

With over twenty years of experience, she advises large and medium-sized companies on how to identify, prioritize, and address human rights risks, particularly in the global supply chain. Her work focuses on helping businesses implement effective due diligence strategies to tackle issues such as forced labour.
Based in The Hague, the Netherlands, in 2025 she authored a key report for the Dutch government that supports companies and the administration in preparing for the EU Forced Labour Regulation.


In 2010, he joined the Thai tuna manufacturer, S.P.A.International Food Group, Co. Ltd., as Global Sales Director, leading commercial operations in key global markets. His international vision and deep knowledge of the sector make him a respected figure in the industry.


In 2015, he joined Bolton Food as CFO, leading the global financial management of the FMCG brands business, as well as operations of plants and fleets. In 2019, he moved to Tri Marine, overseeing finance, control, and HR as Group CFO & CHRO.
Since 2024, he has served as Chief Procurement & Trading Officer of Bolton Food, managing the global tuna and multi-species trading business, along with the company’s procurement of ingredients, oils, packaging, and supplies. He is also a board member of ISSA.


He currently serves as Country Manager of Bolton Food in Colombia, overseeing the development and positioning of both commercial and private label brands in the country.


His leadership has been recognized with several awards, and he has achieved Marine Stewardship Council certification for multiple species, positioning Australia as a global benchmark in tuna sustainability. He has also driven improvements in crew safety and the management of interactions with marine wildlife.
His profile stands out for his work in industry advocacy, research coordination, strategic planning, business development, and high-level negotiations.


Before joining INFOFISH, she worked for 15 years as a senior officer at Papua New Guinea’s National Fisheries Authority. With strong expertise in fisheries trade, marketing, and international business, she has played a key role in developing and implementing strategies in close collaboration with industry stakeholders.
Gemma holds a Master’s in International Business from Monash University (Australia) and a Bachelor of Economics (Business Studies) from the University of Papua New Guinea. She is a firm advocate for sustainable fisheries and their socio-economic impact through global partnerships.


He is the Managing Director of the Organization of Associated Producers of Large Freezer Tuna Vessels (OPAGAC / AGAC). He currently also serves as President of the Spanish Fishing Confederation (CEPESCA) and is a Corresponding Member of the Royal Academy of the Sea.
