VAT

Spanish VAT of 21% is payable on all conference participation fees, regardless of the delegate’s home country. This means that 21% VAT will need to be paid by both non-EU as well as EU established companies. Certain EU regulations permit VAT paid in member countries to be reclaimed. For further information, please contact your local tax authorities.

PAYMENT POLICY

Registration fees can be paid by credit card, at the time of online registration. It is also possible to pay your participation fee if there are still available seats- by credit card or cash, in Euros, at the reception desk of the XII ANFACO WORLD TUNA CONFERENCE 2025.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

No refunds will be granted. If an attendee is unable to attend, he/she may request a name change on the accreditation at no cost and send another person in his/her place.

If the XII ANFACO WORLD TUNA CONFERENCE 2025 is cancelled -for any reason- assistants will receive full refund.​

LIMITED AVAILABILITY

Places are limited, so once the quota is reached, no additional registrations can be processed.​
